Willie Clancy Week
Ennis, Co Clare
1-9 July, 2006

For musicians, Willie Clancy week is Ireland's largest traditional music school, where up to a 1,000 musicians descend on Milltown Malbay, a quiet beach community in West Clare, for an intensive week of playing. Learn by day, play the night away. For the punter, the event offers up an explosion of trad music, pouring forth out of the pubs and onto the streets, sun down to sun up. Accommodation is scarce but the craic is mighty!
